Public representation of the cooperative movement
We articulate, convey and defend our common interests before policy makers and the public opinion. We represent the plurality and diversity of co-operatives where people and values play the leading roles.

The Confederation of Cooperatives of Catalonia is the voice of Catalan cooperativism. We are present in different consultative bodies, tables and commissions, in which laws, decrees, actions and policies of Catalan policy makers are being debated. 

We make use of these bodies and instruments of dialogue with policy makers to assert the interests of cooperatives and the cooperative movement in areas that are crucial for their competitiveness. We do this through the modification and promotion of regulations and direct and constant relationships with policy makers, political parties and parliamentary groups, as well as the media and other social agents.

Education

Promotion of co-operative education and training
We provide knowledge to the general public and cooperatives to train entrepreneurs and businesses to be more social, more equitable and fairer, and for them to be able to contribute effectively to the development of cooperatives. 

Cooperative networks

Coordination and organization of services and projects of common interest for cooperatives and federations 
We promote cooperation among cooperative sectors and branches. This allows us to provide services so that the sum of people and organizations with common interests, exponentially increases their capacities and impact.
