Action Plan for the Development of Energy Communities in the form of Cooperatives
Guide for the creation, in the legal form of a cooperative, of Local Energy Communities that can be applied throughout the territory.

The general goal of the action plan is to structure a framework for the promotion of actions in terms of legislation, financing, training and mobilization. The aim is for this to promote and consolidate the Energy Communities model of the Social and Solidarity Economy, as a response to the sustainability challenges that we face as a society.
