The Next Generation Projects Technical Office<\/strong> is made up of three components:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Information and dissemination<\/strong>: sending a newsletter that collect the <\/span>calls <\/span>published and a summary sheet of each <\/span>grant <\/span>with<\/span> a link to the corresponding regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Elegibility analysis and roadmap:<\/strong> advice on the eligibility of these projects within the Recovery and Resilienc<\/span>e<\/span> Facility<\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n
  3. Presentation ad monitoring <\/strong>of projects until the <\/span>call resolution<\/span>: support <\/span>for<\/span> cooperatives <\/span>with<\/span> methodology<\/span> for preparing project documentation<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \nAfter months working closely with CEPES (Spanish Social Economy Apex) to collect and centralize projects that could qualify for European funding, the call for a Social Economy PERTE, led by the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy Ministerio de Trabajo y Econom\u00eda Social was confirmed.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]Presentation of the PERTE of the Social Economy and <\/span>Carework<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    On Friday 27th May, the <\/span>Spanish government presented the Social Economy Strategic project for Recovery and Economic Transformation<\/span> (Social Economy and <\/span>Carework<\/span> PERTE)<\/span>, a public-private partnership instrument<\/span> that aim to promote strategic projects <\/span>and thus create economic growth, employment and strengthen the <\/span>competetiveness<\/span> of the Spanish economy. <\/span><\/p>\n

    The <\/span>Social Economy and <\/span>Carework<\/span> PERTE<\/span> seek<\/span>s<\/span> to set up<\/span> an <\/span>integrated<\/span> respon<\/span>se to challenges related to the effects of the pandemic and other unresolved issues from <\/span>previous<\/span> crises. It has <\/span>two general <\/span>objectives<\/span> and one strategic <\/span>objective<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Objective 1) Boosting the Spanish Social Economy and its transformative potential<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Objective 2) Developing advanced and accessible care services focused on people, via the Social Economy.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Strategic objective: to set up a cutting-edge hub, a Social Economy point of reference at European level. It will promote an alternative ecosystem specialized in building a fair, equitable and sustainable “new economy”, based on “economic democracy” and on a digital and environmental transformation, so that the Social Economy plays an increasingly prominent role in the GDP.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    The Social Economy and Carework PERTE has a budget of more than 800 million euros. The projects will be progressively implemented until 2026 and the incorporation of additional private financing for responsible and sustainable investments will be encouraged.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The Social Economy is characterized by its dynamism and commitment to people and the territory where it operates.
